From the small cross roads below, local stone walls support the hill and form a lane leading to the guest house. The widespread use of local stone gives the hamlet a timeless feel.
The nearby village of Jalhay is a thriving community with a large variety of shops and services, including several restaurants of differing style and price range.
The E42 motorway is 10 km away and allows easy access by car. Alternatively, guests can be met at the railway station in Verviers.
